Renter’s Pre-Drop off checklist

Please make sure to run through the checklist before returning the vehicle to us.

• Fully fuel up the van (otherwise: gas + $20 inconvenience fee)
  
  

• Dump your grey water
  
  

• Dump the black water of the portable toilette at an RV park / KOA
  (otherwise: $100 dumping fee)
  
  

• Dump your garbage
  Please dump everything in the refrigerator and all opened food boxes, jars or containers.  If you have unpacked, non-perishable food left, we are happy to collect and donate them to our local food bank: https://www.utahfoodbank.org/ 

• Make sure all rental equipment is back in place, incl.
  
  

  • 2 Lagun tables with mounts
    
    

  • 1 additional mount located on the bottom of the sliding door
    
    

  • All privacy/insulation shades (11 shades)
    
    

  • 1 electric induction stove located in the overhead shelf (cab storage)
    
    

  • 1 electric water kettle

• 1 shore power extension cord & 1 fresh water hose
  
  

• 4 industry totes including all gear, gas stove and 6 chairs
  
  

• 2 camping tables
  
  

• All kitchenware in the overhead side cabinets
  
  

• Portable speaker including charger
  
  

• Broom & dustpan
  
  

• Off-the-grid package: portable toilet, privacy tent and shower

Please replace all propane camping gas tanks that you used for the gas stove and the firewood. If you run out of time, don’t worry. Just let us know and we are happy to replace them for you and deduct it from your security deposit.
